Here are the next steps!

1. Check Your Email: You will be receiving an email with all of the information you need leading up to the course. (Please allow 24 hours before reaching out to our team)

2. Access Your Portal: You will be getting access to your program portal. Please get familiar and ask any questions you may have in Slack.

3. Print Your Manual (Optional): You will have the ability to print your Trauma Informed Relational Somatics Program Manual if you’d like. This is totally up to you! We will be referencing the manual throughout the program, so be sure to have it handy!
